Welcome to Bloomsbury Post House. We’re delighted to have you join our community of filmmakers and creatives. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below and commit to following our member guidelines, which are designed to protect, support, and inspire everyone in the community.

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Bloomsbury Post House (“BPH”) and you, the Member, and takes effect once your first membership payment has been received. Community Guidelines apply upon your approval into our WhatsApp Community.

1. Member Benefits

As a Member of BPH, you’ll enjoy:

Access to Bloomsbury Post House membership programmes (such as Fine Cut Club and screenings). | Opportunities to connect with other members of the filmmaking community. | Access to curated events, workshops, and networking opportunities. | Where relevant, workspace access through our partnered clubs and coworking spaces.

Some special events may carry an additional cost (for example, international trips or premium social events), but we’ll always be clear about this in advance.

BPH aims to continually grow and maintain partnerships with clubs, coworking spaces, and venues that provide value to our members. From time to time, venues may be added or removed from our network if they no longer align with our values, standards, or partnership agreements.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via recurring card payment. | Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. | Late payments may incur a £35 admin charge to cover the costs of follow-up correspondence. | Membership may be suspended or revoked if payments are not made.

3. Membership Terms & Cancellations

Membership requires a minimum of two months’ notice to cancel. | Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be paused. | If you decide to leave, your notice period will begin from your next billing date.

4. Community Guidelines

We want to maintain a respectful and supportive environment. As a Member, you agree:

To be considerate of others in discussions, online groups, and events | Not to share member-only information or resources outside of BPH without permission. | Not to post inappropriate, offensive, or inaccurate content in BPH spaces. |To respect the privacy of members who prefer to remain anonymous or low profile.

5. Liability

While we do our best to provide a safe and professional environment, BPH is not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes that may arise from your membership. Participation is at your own discretion and responsibility.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. BPH will not share your personal details, contact information, or membership data with other members, non-members, or third parties without your consent.

7. Ending Membership

We reserve the right to end a membership if we believe a Member is not fitting well within our community or if these terms are breached. If your membership ends and you wish to return, you may rejoin at the current published rate.

By making your first membership payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and to abide by all member guidelines outlined in our policies.
